Black Hills Alibi White Blend 750ml

This wine is comprised of 78% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and neutral oak barrels, alongside 22% Semillon, fermented in neutral oak puncheons. This combination of vessels brings a subtle spice and creaminess to the wine, complementing the pronounced gooseberry, kiwi and citrus aromas. Tropical fruit, crisp apple and lemon juice burst on the palate with a long finish of lime and wet stone.
