Our estate grown Pinot Noir opens with a floral bouquet of dark cherry, cranberry and forest floor. The dark cherry is mirrored on the palate, carrying through to a savoury mid-palate where the finely integrated tannin takes over to an elegant finish of red berry and wild sage.
