The wine is a dry, versatile blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot that is very food friendly. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, flavours of red and dark fruit, balanced acidity, and a medium finish. A great pizza or pasta wine.
