This zestfully approachable 100% Sauvignon Blanc comes from 70 hectares located in the high-altitude Casablanca region. A pale yellow-green in the glass with fresh aromatics of lime, lemon peel, grapefruit and orange blossom. The palate is crispy and tart with crunchy citrus flavours and a great mineral edge.
