Nichol Nate's Vineyard Syrah

Vibrant ruby in colour. High toned aromatics of lilacs and fennel fronds with a touch of white pepper. Medium bodied and focused palate of ripe red berry fruits, sweet herbs and pepper. This is a fine, detailed version of our young vines that is easy to drink but has intense, crunchy persistence on the palate. Easy to drink now but we see this rewarding at 5 to 8 years in the cellar.
