Kolsch is a lagered ale that is fermented like an ale but conditioned like a Lager for an exceptionally easy drinking beer. It has a balanced, low bitterness with a light body and delicate flavour. Our Kolsch has a malty, clean, chardonnay like aroma with a refreshing, dry finish.
