Tofino’s very own Pink Gin was created to taste authentically like the petals from the rose and hibiscus flowers with which it is distilled. It is a particularly bright gin with strong floral notes that blend exceptionally well with a variety of other flavours to make the perfect colourful cocktail. The ingredients are all-natural and organic, meaning the beautiful vibrant colour will fade over time. Thankfully this will not affect the taste, nor will it alter the experience.
