Township 7 Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

The Sauvignon Blanc, selected from our own Blue Terrace Vineyard in Oliver, often displays crisp, refreshing acidity. To balance this acidity, we have added some Semillon from Black Sage Road. The Semillon portion was 100% barrel fermented. In this blend, we have maintained the classic Sauvignon Blanc characteristics, but they are enhanced with honey and tropical fruit notes from the Semillon.
